How do I create a level of comfort to allow us the freedom to discuss such sensitive issues?
I’ve been thinking about this concept lately. A combination of my workplace experience and natural disposition has shaped how I coach, and how I help women like you navigate their wellness journeys.
It’s a simple concept, but it’s incredibly profound.
It’s called “holding space.”
Our Bubble of Trust
Picture this: you and I are sitting across from each other, a metaphorical bubble encompassing us.
Inside this bubble, all judgments, distractions, and societal pressures have been left at the door. This is our shared safe haven, a place of absolute acceptance and understanding.
Holding space, essentially, is about creating this bubble. It’s about letting you feel comfortable and brave enough to confront the deep, maybe even uncomfortable, emotions, fears, and hopes within you.

When I say I’m holding space, what I mean is that I’m here for you—not just to talk, advise, or guide, but primarily to listen.
It means that whether we’re in a lively workplace wellness seminar, a cozy and intimate group coaching program like Unburden, or a one-on-one chat about your latest GI Map test, I’m here, truly here, for you.
For instance, during our wellness seminars, my goal is to shape a supportive atmosphere where everyone feels heard. In our group coaching sessions, it’s about forming a community, a tribe where we’re all cheerleaders for one another. And in our one-on-one sessions, holding space transforms into an intricate dance of active listening, responding to your questions, fears, and even sharing in your moments of revelation and insight.
